Project

Heetch is a ride-sharing app with a simple mission: we want people to enjoy their night out. Every night, our drivers are doing everything to make your ride, and your night, unforgettable and friendly: good music, candies and beverages in every car! We are focusing on young people expectations and compete with many actors on this segment.

The service has been launched in Paris in September, 2013 and is growing very fast since then, with thousands of rides every night in France, Italy, Sweden and Belgium.

With more than 1 million users in Europe, we are proud to be one of the French fastest growing startup!

 

Your role

Our mission at Heetch is to help people enjoy going out. 

As part of our Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver this message and tell the Brand story among our users in Europe through communication, marketing operations and products in order to fulfill this mission.


Here is what you'll do:

  • Develop a strategy to grow the Heetch brand in Europe through all interactions that our users have with the Brand: design, content, tone of voice, PR, product, etc.
  • Sculpt and own the narrative of the Brand.
  • Lead Brand production on all communication supports to ensure excellent creative output across all manifestations of the brand within the market 
  • Manage a team of creatives: brand designers, art directors, copywriters, social media managers.
  • Deeply understand our users habits and preferences. Have a pulse on nightlife specific trends in each city.

Requirements

You are

  • A brand expert with 5+ years of experience in B2C brand leadership.
  • Inspiring. You'll be owner of the narrative, so you should naturally talk with eloquence and in a super engaging way.
  • Creative. You're innovative, deeply creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • Manager. You know how to lead creative people.
  • Holistic thinker. You have a big picture mentality, in which you understand the interconnectedness of the various elements that create a Brand. 
  • A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A nigthlover. You should breathe our DNA.
  • And of course, a nice guy/girl.
